Recent Regulatory and Legislative Developments of Interest to Oil and Gas Lawyers 2006-2007

The purpose of this article is to highlight and discuss regulatory and legislative developments during the period of May 2006 through April 2007 that are of particular interest to oil and gas lawyers. The article primarily examines decisions of the National Energy Board and the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board as well as related jurisprudence.
